Father, meditator, builder.

I run Sachiara Labs. We make depth education tools for children and schools. First project is LIO (Learning INSIDE OUT), based on Kieran Egan's philosophy of Imaginative Education.

I live in Ubud, Bali. Three months a year in Ludhiana, Punjab, where I grew up and where our pilot school is.

Married to Neha. Two sons: Cyan (5) and Pinaki (5 months).

I grew up in Ludhiana, studied engineering, did an MBA at IIM Ahmedabad, spent seven years building careers at Nestlé, in agri-tech, in interior-tech sales, and at Swiggy.

I quit in 2020. The honest reason: I was good at my job and completely misaligned with it. I wanted to work on things that mattered to me. I didn't know what those were yet.

Two things changed that. First, I started meditating seriously. Over a decade now, thousands of hours. It didn't make me calmer (ask my wife). It made me less willing to pretend.

Second, my son Cyan was born. Watching him learn without anyone teaching him, just pure curiosity and depth, I started reading about education. Found Kieran Egan. Found Learning in Depth. Realized that what Cyan does naturally is exactly what schools have optimized away.

So now I build tools that bring it back. AI that helps children go deep instead of go fast. Schools that measure curiosity instead of compliance.
